Development
Macumen has worked with clients from a variety of industries and specialties to develop databases to meet their needs. Very simple criteria is used when working with clients, whether they be a large corporation or small business, to plan a database:
- It must be easy for all staff to use,
- It must not only provide access to information, but also produce meaningful analysis of that information, and
- It must make a business process more efficient by supporting and reinforcing the process.
Project Management
Macumen prides itself on its relationship that it builds with clients, particularly when it comes to understanding their business systems, and their subsequent database needs. Should a situation arise that a client is better off adapting existing systems, Macumen will project manage this on behalf of their client if required.
Staff Training & Technical Support
Macumen provides training of key personnel prior to the installation of a new or revised system. Technical support is obviously ongoing as required by our clients. Periodic follow-up is undertaken to review client progress, and longer term assessments are conducted with clients to suggest areas for system modifications as their businesses develop.
